“Necessity is the mother of invention.” This means we create new things when we truly need them. In the same way, the need for knowledge has helped us begin our journey to understand life and the universe. True knowledge is about understanding the deep truths of life that are present everywhere. But as the world has become more modern, we have moved away from these eternal truths. That’s why today, it is important to bring back this knowledge to make our lives better.

Karma (action) is very important in life, but it only has real meaning when it is based on truth and knowledge. In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna tells Arjuna that even wise people are confused about what real action is. So he explains that understanding karma can free a person from negative effects.

Lord Krishna’s message reminds us of our ancient Indian (Sanatan) culture. In the past, sages gained deep knowledge in many fields like astrology, medicine, Vastu Shastra, and numerology through meditation and study.

Over time, because of materialistic thinking, we have become disconnected from our ancient wisdom. This has affected our lives—today, instead of peace and happiness, we see more stress, sadness, and confusion.

If we look closely, modern science has gone far from its ancient roots. For example, today’s astronomy is based on ancient astrology. While modern science should have grown from the old, in some ways, it has lost touch with its original depth and has declined instead.

Ancient wisdom was never just about studying planets. It was also about how planets affect our lives. For example, today’s full moon is just a date for most people. But in astrology, it’s believed that full moons can affect human and animal behavior.

Astrology helps us understand how planets, stars, and the entire universe affect our lives. For example, a person born on April 6, 2021, in Delhi will have a different personality and life path compared to someone born on the same or nearby dates in Assam or the USA. That’s because planetary positions at the exact time and place of birth influence a person’s life.

Planets and stars move in fixed patterns. For instance, Earth always takes about a year to go around the Sun. This regular movement helps astrology predict how these forces affect us. Astrology studies these patterns and how they relate to each person’s life.

In short, astrology explains the connection between everything in the universe—living or non-living. It doesn’t belong to any one religion or group. In the past, many civilizations practiced astrology in their own ways:

– The Chinese had their own special astrology methods.
– Arab traders used stars to navigate during long journeys.
– The Greeks also gave great importance to astrology and studied star angles carefully.

Even though astrology faded in many parts of the world, Indian astrology has stayed strong. It still keeps much of its original form because of the deep connection with Indian culture and its unbroken traditions.
